their rules are they can accommodate anything within reason. You are more likely to get a manual Wraith than a phantom. It wouldn't surprise me if some Saudi prince hasn't ordered one.

If Pagani will build you a manual Huayra then I don't see why you couldn't get a manual Rolls. It'll cost a metric fuckton of money, but it probably can be done.
